Compensation: $124,192 – $208,977 (based on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application components using Python and React.
• Drive process improvements and architectural changes to enhance developer experience.
• Mentor junior engineers through design collaboration and technical communication.
• Implement high-quality testing automation for all deliverables.
• Integrate AI coding tools into daily workflows to accelerate development and debugging.
• Collaborate with business leadership to define requirements and influence strategic technical decisions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Demonstrated experience operating in Service-Oriented Architectures.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding and testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database systems and caching.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or other cloud systems.
• Background in front-end optimization techniques.
• Experience decomposing monolithic systems into microservices.
