What you will do

• Architect and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models including auto-regressive, diffusion, and hybrid SSM architectures.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and Multimodal/Multilingual models for high accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and domain expert teams to develop customized AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into existing applications, ensuring optimal speed and efficiency on resource-constrained hardware.
• Stay abreast of advancements in Conversational AI and research to continually improve system performance.
• Support post-deployment and model profiling to ensure production-grade reliability.

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany
• Extensive experience and demonstrated mastery in developing LLMs/MLLMs.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python with proficiency in implementing complex machine learning algorithms.
• Proven track record in developing Conversational AI systems including acoustic, language, and pronunciation modeling.
• Experience with commercial deployments, model profiling, and production-level optimization.

• Experience deploying models in multiple languages.
• Communication skills for evangelizing GenAI initiatives within the EMEA region.
