TL;DR

ML Ops Engineer (Vertex AI): Design, implement and maintain ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows for data-driven dating platforms with an accent on model training, deployment, and production reliability. What you will do

• Design, implement and maintain ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows for training, deployment, and retraining
• Expose ML models through inference APIs using Cloud Run or Vertex AI Endpoints for product services
• Own monitoring, alerting, and reliability of ML systems in production
• Write optimized, scalable, testable code and ensure operational readiness with logging and metrics
• Act as ML Ops reference for the Paris Data Science team and support industrializing models
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe, Canada, and US on infrastructure and product needs

Requirements

• Engineering or Master’s degree in math/computer science with 5–6+ years in ML/DevOps roles
• Experience with ML/DevOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform
• Experience with monitoring & alerting (Cloud Monitoring, Grafana)
• Understanding of IAM, service accounts, security, and model serving constraints
• Comfortable operating ML systems in production and communicating in English
• Excellent analytical skills, rigorous mindset, team spirit, and strong learning ability

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of A/B test frameworks
• Knowledge of QlikView, Looker, or other BI tools
