What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML systems across the entire lifecycle from ingestion to deployment.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data labeling, validation, training, and production monitoring.
• Implement MLOps practices such as model versioning, experiment tracking, and CI/CD for AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into real-time products.
• Ensure observability, performance, and data quality across AI services.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Solid experience in MLOps, model deployment, and scaling production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Go.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Strong debugging, data engineering, and system design skills.
• Founder mindset with a focus on ownership and independence.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of speech recognition, TTS, or audio processing.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or real-time inference systems.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
