Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco

Compensation: $175,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Translate Figma designs into production-ready React and TypeScript with exact fidelity.
• Own and evolve the shared design system implementation and component library.
• Implement complex motion, transitions, and micro-interactions that bring agent workflows to life.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate the design-to-code pipeline.
• Collaborate with product designers and founders to define and refine the product experience.
• Establish engineering standards for component architecture, accessibility, and interaction quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with a strong design background.
• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Fluency in Figma for inspecting and implementing designs with precision.
• Strong command of animation and interaction principles (CSS, Framer Motion).
• Exceptional judgment regarding tradeoffs between speed and visual quality.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, zero-to-one startup environments.

Nice to have

• Portfolio showcasing motion-heavy UI or shipped design work.
• Experience with AI-assisted code generation tools like v0 or Cursor.
• Backend exposure to Go, Temporal, Postgres, or Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS products.
