Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated reports for the Trust & Safety organization to track performance and progress
• Partner with Tinder Analytics to ensure metrics support product launches and operational changes
• Analyze support and Trust & Safety trends to identify risks or process inefficiencies
• Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to monitor and improve operational metrics
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in SQL for data exploration
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working with customer support or operations teams is preferred
• Exposure to the product or software development lifecycle is preferred
