What you will do

• Collaborate with on-chain teams to analyze complex blockchain data and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Manage analytics for marketing campaigns, including airdrops and staking programs, from eligibility tracking to performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Dune, Tableau, and similar platforms.
• Monitor critical network health metrics including TVL, active wallet counts, and gas usage patterns.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on rapid delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the APAC region.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science roles.
• Proficiency with Dune Analytics and at least one other platform like Nansen or DefiLlama.
• Deep understanding of EVM-based blockchains, transaction lifecycles, and smart contracts.

Nice to have

• Ability to decode and interpret raw transaction data.
• Programming proficiency in Python.
