Location: Hybrid model, must be based in Israel (Petah-Tikva or Haifa)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain IP verification plans, test benches, and environments.
• Execute simulations to verify design and ensure coverage against microarchitecture specifications.
• Analyze power and timing, and identify, replicate, and root cause bugs.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams.
• Develop and improve verification methodologies and functional infrastructure.
• Document test plans and drive technical reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design verification.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model at hirify.global sites in Petah-Tikva or Haifa, Israel.
• Strong technical communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with block level and super cluster verification.
• Scripting language proficiency.
• Background in data-center connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and Smart NIC architectures.
