What you will do

• Define and manage the overall testing strategy, including integration, regression, and performance testing across distributed cloud-native systems.
• Drive an automation-first approach by collaborating with developers to ensure code testability and observability.
• Lead quality activities for solution-level features, serving as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters.
• Implement and own CI quality metrics, dashboards, and root-cause analysis for escaped bugs to drive process improvements.
• Influence decisions regarding test environments, mocks, and production parity to enhance system stability.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles with hands-on automation expertise.
• Strong background building QA practices for cloud-native, distributed systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and building automated testing gates.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Experience testing and working with full-stack SaaS products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in software development or security testing.
• Knowledge of security principles including access control and identity testing.
• Experience with performance and scale testing.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog.
