What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality features that drive customer impact.
• Work directly with customers to identify and solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn requirements into elegant, user-focused solutions.
• Balance rapid iteration with long-term system maintainability and health.
• Improve tech stack performance, developer workflows, and system reliability.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagement and collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production code.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies including TypeScript, React, Node, Python, and GraphQL.
• Commitment to writing maintainable, well-tested, and observable code.
• Ability to own work from ideation to production and provide proactive communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be based in the USA for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with audit, assurance, or risk management domains.
• Experience with Applied AI, specifically LLMs.
• Background working with AWS, Postgres, and Hasura.
• Knowledge of document-heavy workflows and information security standards like SOC 2 or FedRAMP.
