Salary: $180,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Own the full customer implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through to go-live and hypercare phases.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and internal milestones.
• Partner with engineering teams to scope technical integrations, configure solutions, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Build and codify internal delivery playbooks, templates, and documentation to scale onboarding processes.
• Drive customer adoption by establishing training programs and identifying project champions.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the product team to advocate for requirements and product improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 5 days per week in-person in San Francisco or NYC.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise deployments, technical projects, or customer implementations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent presentation skills with experience commanding rooms of executives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing change and handling organizational resistance.
• Experience in consulting (MBB background preferred) or high-growth startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Direct experience implementing SaaS or AI-driven enterprise products.
• Technical fluency to navigate discussions regarding APIs, data workflows, and system integrations.
