What you will do

• Lead high-level and detailed design documentation, including architecture diagrams and use cases.
• Drive the coding and testing phases for significant projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with operations to implement and refine proactive system monitoring techniques.
• Ensure seamless integration testing across interfacing systems, including billing and transaction repositories.
• Act as a subject matter expert in wireless and wireline telecommunications standards and network implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of UNIX experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in distributed and highly scalable application implementation.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services, Spring Framework, and microservices.
• Experience deploying containerized applications in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Working knowledge of databases like Oracle, Postgres, and DynamoDB.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang development.
• Experience with message queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with ISPF and JCL/PROC.
