Software Engineer (AWS)

TL;DR

Software Engineer (TypeScript/Python/AWS): Developing cloud-based SaaS platform services for internet service providers with an accent on microservices architecture and AWS infrastructure. Focus on building and extending backend services using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB within a Scrum team based in Gdynia.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Gdynia, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office/week)

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement new software features.
• Build and maintain microservices using TypeScript and Python on AWS.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and test coverage.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous delivery of bi-weekly software releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Language: Polish (C1) and English (B2) proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS IoT and large-scale cloud systems.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi and telecommunication technologies.
