What you will do

• Define and maintain software quality assurance processes aligned with SAFe Agile principles.
• Develop and track key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release readiness.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and resolving software quality issues throughout testing and deployment.
• Utilize AI to automate the monitoring of software quality metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects to drive preventive actions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate quality standards into all development stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing roles.
• Strong expertise in the SAFe Agile framework and associated quality practices.
• Proven ability to drive metrics-based quality improvements and reporting.
• Proficiency with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner certification.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions and security compliance.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Excel or Power BI.
• ISO/TL certification experience.
