What you will do

• Design and implement server-side automation frameworks for APIs and distributed systems.
• Build self-service automation infrastructure to enable engineering teams to validate changes independently.
• Maintain and evolve the client-side automation framework using Unity and Appium.
• Develop internal tools to improve developer workflows, data generation, and diagnostics.
• Integrate AI-assisted engineering workflows into testing and test generation processes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure system architecture is built with automation-readiness in mind.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or Software Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or SQL.
• Proven track record of building automation frameworks or complex internal tools.
• Experience testing web services, asynchronous processes, and databases.
• Proficiency in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with live-service games or Unity-based applications.
• Familiarity with mobile automation using Appium (iOS/Android).
• Experience with AI-assisted development (LLMs, MCP integration, test generation agents).
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Aurora) or load testing.
