About the Role

You will contribute broadly across operations, handling back-end logistics and building systems for programmes. You will manage programme operations, support marketing and business development activities, organise events, maintain Airtable databases, run project management, manage community interactions, and communicate with partners. You will work mostly from the London office.

Requirements

• Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate
• Desire to be an Operations Generalist in a startup
• Proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university)
• Evidence of atypical achievements beyond undergraduate degree
• Strong social and interpersonal skills
• Clear and focused motivation to join the team
• Based in London
• Demonstrable interest in Web3 not required but encouraged
