What you will do

• Architect and implement agentic pipelines using Python, LLMs, and AI agents for automated data discovery and parsing.
• Develop self-healing infrastructure layers capable of autonomous diagnostics and real-time data validation.
• Optimize high-velocity analytics data flows into OLAP systems like ClickHouse and BigQuery.
• Scale intelligent data connectors to handle diverse and non-standardized sources at massive scale.
• Drive best practices in AI-assisted testing and mentor the team on the intersection of backend stability and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production-level Python.
• Proven experience integrating AI models and LLMs into backend services or data workflows.
• Deep knowledge of OLAP databases such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Strong background in distributed systems using cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
• Proficiency with real-time streaming technologies including Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cleveland, OH.
