What you will do

• Lead the design of features and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient design implementation.
• Work with analytics and product teams to measure design success and usability.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Nashville, TN.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role.
• Expertise in Figma including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore development teams.
• Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
• Available portfolio showcasing design work and process.
