What you will do

• Conduct customer interviews and market research to derive actionable insights for experiments.
• Define market segmentation and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to sharpen targeting strategies.
• Develop high-quality product marketing collateral including case studies, white papers, and testimonials.
• Position the company as a category leader by refining the overall value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to improve GTM communication.
• Design product functionality use cases and drive distribution across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading product marketing at a product-led startup.
• Must be based in Medellin, Colombia.
• Proven track record in B2B product marketing within Series A to C stage environments.
• Expertise in crafting value-driven product messaging and positioning.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting independent user research and generating insights.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, Webflow, and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
