What you will do

• Manage daily Google Ads operations including reporting, A/B testing, and account optimization.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase conversion rates and overall revenue.
• Coordinate with creative and social media teams to produce high-impact display and YouTube ad assets.
• Analyze and optimize ad copy and landing page performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Research and implement new Google Ads betas and emerging advertising technologies.
• Own the full-cycle performance of SEM accounts for diverse customer segments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional SEM management experience.
• Deep expertise in building and optimizing search campaigns from scratch.
• Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixel vs session tracking and attribution modeling.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Ability to create complex performance reports and segmentation strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Ortigas, Philippines for 100% onsite work.

• 2+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
