What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models powering core equity features.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from scoping to production.
• Manage the persistence layer, including database schema design and migrations.
• Drive performance and reliability improvements across backend systems.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship seamless user experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers on system design and backend best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go.
• Deep understanding of database design, data modeling, and persistence.
• Experience designing robust APIs and collaborating with frontend teams.
• Strong product mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into maintainable systems.
• Collaborative mindset for working within a cross-functional team.
