Salary: $157,000–$184,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and build innovative services to enhance the core hirify.global Images product.
  • Develop scalable tools and infrastructure to improve the internal image build system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make technical decisions and guide product development.
  • Maintain high product quality standards and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, including data structures, algorithms, and compilers.
  • Deep expertise with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Go for writing services and tools.
  • Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools and module creation.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

  • Author or contributor to open-source projects.
