Salary: Region 1 $151,300 - $178,000 Region 2 $138,550 - $163,000 Region 3 $127,500 - $150,000

What you will do

• Develop test strategies and plans for Women's Health features, covering mobile applications, backend services, and algorithmic solutions.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Implement, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks using Pytest and Appium.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists to debug issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Take ownership of product quality for assigned Women's Health features.
• Explore AI-assisted testing approaches and introduce new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and executing automated tests for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Experience testing health, wellness, or medical-related software is a strong plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pytest and Appium.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs and AI-driven dev/test tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
