What you will do

• Manage approval flows for procurement tickets and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Handle vendor onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management within internal systems.
• Address exceptions to invoice matching and collaborate closely with Finance and AP teams.
• Assist with system integrations and contract renewal negotiations.
• Conduct data analysis on existing contracts to identify spend improvements and process non-compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or contract administration.
• Experience with SaaS, Technology, and IT hardware/software agreements.
• Strong background in contract review, reporting, and financial data analysis.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally within distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Commercial acumen to assess the outcomes of purchasing decisions.
