What you will do

• Rotate through key operations teams including Payments, Settlements, and Data Management.
• Support critical banking functions to ensure operational excellence and customer outcomes.

• Collaborate across diverse teams to build a well-rounded understanding of the bank.
• Participate in short-term rotations within risk, compliance, and regional branch operations.
• Engage in an international assignment opportunity at the global head office in Utrecht.

Requirements

• Must be a final year undergraduate/postgraduate student or a recent graduate within the last three years.
• Must be an Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Available to start full-time employment from February 2027.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a professional environment.
• Ability to self-plan and organize in a dynamic, rotating work environment.
