What you will do

• Lead the design and development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into client platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Research and implement new algorithms and technologies to enhance performance.
• Present insights and data-driven recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
• Support decision-making through A/B testing and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and MLOps principles.
• English: B2+ level required (written and spoken).
