What you will do

• Design and maintain internal tools, Ruby gems, and abstractions to simplify infrastructure and enhance developer productivity.
• Build, optimize, and operate fully automated CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
• Operate and evolve AWS and Heroku hybrid infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement SRE best practices, observability workflows, and incident management using Datadog and Sentry.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to diagnose issues and ensure system reliability, stability, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering in large-scale production environments.
• Proven experience running production applications on AWS and Heroku.
• Strong expertise in managing Linux systems and cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and using observability tools like Datadog or Sentry.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based within the +0 to +4 UTC time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and TDD using Guard.
• Knowledge of Harness CI, Drone, or automated Heroku management workflows.
• Experience with platform engineering principles and DevEx success metrics.
• Background working in asynchronous, remote-first engineering teams.
