What you will do

• Monitor conversion performance and client feedback while maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Forex sales, conversion, or a related customer-facing role.
• Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese is essential.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
