What you will do

• Act as the primary technical owner for core compliance and legal application portfolios.
• Lead high-stakes technical integrations and data migrations during M&A activities.
• Design and operate scalable systems that ensure audit defensibility and data protection.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation to drive efficiency and predictive capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs to support cross-system functionality.
• Mentor engineering team members and influence senior stakeholders across geographies.

Requirements

• Experience at a Staff or Principal engineering level with complex application ecosystems.
• Significant domain expertise in compliance, legal tech, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong cloud-native experience with AWS or GCP (serverless, containerization).
• Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and integration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery and communication archiving platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system migrations and M&A integrations.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of data privacy requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Prior experience with audit-ready infrastructure standards and operational documentation.
