What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable frontend systems and AI-powered experiences.
• Oversee and optimize frontend architecture using React/Next.js and component libraries like MUI and AG Grid.
• Independently address complex problem spaces in the UI/UX layer to improve system capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate advanced AI technologies via LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Engage directly with clients to support use case discovery, product development, and AI deployment.
• Participate in the research and development of new UI tools and streaming architectures.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development and deploying AI-driven interfaces.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+), with expertise in React/Vue.js, Next.js/Nuxt.js, and Web Components (LIT).
• AI Integration: Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and familiarity with LangChain (JS/TS).
• UI Architecture: Experience building scalable, reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS, SCSS, and Storybook.
• Client-Facing Grit: Prior experience working directly with clients in use case discovery and product development.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical AI backend logic and intuitive user experiences.
