What you will do
- Build and maintain the core design system shared by engineering and design teams.
- Develop scalable, reusable frontend components to ensure a consistent user interface.
- Drive best practices for accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
- Improve UI consistency by reducing technical debt and implementing strong testing/tooling.
- Partner with product teams to integrate design system components into existing workflows.
- Shape AI-forward development approaches to improve team speed and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend or fullstack engineering experience in product-driven environments.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS systems.
- Proven track record of building and scaling design systems or component libraries.
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and performance optimization.
- Ability to prototype rapidly and simplify complex design patterns for reuse.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience with Next.js in production environments.
