What you will do

• Ensure the quality and reliability of operational data used in production planning and reporting.
• Track production metrics, identify risks or deviations, and prepare summary reports for senior management.
• Reinforce and maintain operational reporting standards across various production teams.
• Facilitate communication between global operations, production, and business analysis teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support the adoption of operational tools and processes to enhance team coordination.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency including data validation, formulas, and large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Ability to interpret operational metrics and connect them with business performance.
• English proficiency: B2+ required.
• Experience with cross-team coordination or process implementation.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the EdTech market or digital product ecosystem.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Business-related education (Marketing, Management, Finance, or Economics).
