What you will do
- Ensure the quality and reliability of operational data used in production planning and reporting.
- Track production metrics, identify risks or deviations, and prepare summary reports for senior management.
- Reinforce and maintain operational reporting standards across various production teams.
- Facilitate communication between global operations, production, and business analysis teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Support the adoption of operational tools and processes to enhance team coordination.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations.
- Strong Excel proficiency including data validation, formulas, and large datasets.
- Familiarity with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Ability to interpret operational metrics and connect them with business performance.
- English proficiency: B2+ required.
- Experience with cross-team coordination or process implementation.
Nice to have
- Understanding of the EdTech market or digital product ecosystem.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
- Basic understanding of data analysis.
- Business-related education (Marketing, Management, Finance, or Economics).
