Location: Must be based in the UK (Manchester, Newcastle, London, Birmingham, or Bristol). Hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days working from home required.

What you will do

• Capture detailed technical and business requirements to produce clear, actionable solution recommendations.
• Lead and facilitate the review and validation of new technical solutions and service enhancements.
• Manage customer-facing consulting engagements, including scoping and Statements of Work.
• Build and maintain strong senior-level customer relationships to shape service strategy and transformation.
• Guide customers through complex migrations from legacy environments to modern technology platforms.
• Coach and mentor technical team members as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Essential: Technical proficiency with Genesys Cloud.
• Strong experience applying structured problem-solving techniques to complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability in defining essential components for viable, scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent consultative skills, including gathering information through discovery and providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Solid commercial acumen and ability to understand market dynamics to inform decision-making.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from a UK office location.
