What you will do

• Lead strategic customer engagements to design and implement tailored automation testing solutions.
• Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on testing methodologies, frameworks, and architectural best practices.
• Conduct high-impact technical product demonstrations highlighting advanced capabilities and differentiation.
• Drive the adoption of testing solutions across customer organizations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster technical excellence within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the testing domain as a Test Architect or Senior Automation Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks such as Selenium, Tricentis, or Appium.
• Proven ability to lead POC initiatives and manage complex enterprise-level technical discussions.
• Strong expertise in designing test architectures and automation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical value propositions to diverse audiences.
• Must be located in or near Bucharest to support hybrid office requirements.

• Working knowledge of hirify.global platform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
