What you will do

• Develop software solutions using Java, .NET, or frontend technologies while building internal AI-based agents and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to demonstrate and implement AI practices across the SDLC.
• Measure and report on AI adoption, team throughput, and process effectiveness.
• Define and maintain organizational standards for prompting, agentic workflows, and memory management.
• Drive organizational change by promoting effective AI usage in daily development tasks.

Requirements

• Active development experience in Java, .NET, or frontend ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC from analysis to production.
• Proven track record of using AI tools in daily development workflows.
• Ability to demonstrate concrete impact and process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for driving team-wide changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Background in test automation, specifically using Playwright.
• Experience in measuring team productivity and engineering metrics.
• Experience building internal developer tools or platforms.
