What you will do
- Provide 1:1 professional coaching to members via the virtual Platform.
- Communicate with members between sessions using integrated tools.
- Participate in ongoing coach training to master the Coaching Methodology.
- Contribute to the coaching community by sharing insights and best practices.
- Serve as an ambassador for the community, acting with empathy and professional integrity.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading technical research teams in industry or academia.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, large-scale modeling, or mathematical sciences.
- Availability to dedicate at least 3-5 hours per week for a minimum of 24 months.
- Must be based in North America or Europe.
- Strong leadership background with a desire to transition skills into professional coaching.
- Commitment to completing the ICF-certified Coaching 101 training program.
Nice to have
- PhD in a relevant technical or scientific field.
- Existing professional coaching certification.
- Proven track record of high-impact research, publications, or patents.
