Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite at Fisher-Price headquarters in Buffalo, NY.

Salary: $157,000 – $188,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns, style guides, and key art across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Art direct and lead internal and external creative resources to maintain brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and marketing stakeholders to align creative output with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery within established timelines.
  • Translate core branding equities into compelling aesthetics for social media, ecommerce, and video content.
  • Present and advocate for creative vision to gain buy-in from key organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Art Direction, Brand Design, or Creative Leadership.
  • Must be based in or relocate to the Buffalo, NY area for onsite work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to evolve iconic consumer brands.
  • Expertise in Adobe Suite and current design/advertising trends.
  • Experience in content creation, including social, video, and episodic storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success in agency or in-house brand leadership roles.

Nice to have

  • Digital (UI/UX) design experience.
  • Global brand experience.
  • Background in motion graphics and animation.
