Digital Marketing Production Designer

hirify.global is a seed-stage healthcare company building an AI-powered solution to help Americans identify medical billing errors, fight claim denials, negotiate bills, and understand insurance coverage.

What you will do

• Design and revise mobile-first marketing and campaign landing pages in Figma.
• Design responsive lifecycle, promotional, and partner email templates while maintaining the design system.
• Build business development and partner decks, sales enablement materials, co-branded assets, and a self-serve asset library.
• Produce high-volume one-off brand and marketing design requests from written briefs and conversion benchmarks.
• Edit UGC and talking-head ads for Meta and YouTube in multiple lengths and aspect ratios, including captions, B-roll, text reveals, and platform-specific cuts.
• Create light motion graphics and AI-assisted animations for product and explainer sequences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production or creative design experience with a portfolio covering web, email, and static work.
• Proficiency in Figma for landing pages and web layouts.
• Experience with responsive email design in an ESP such as Klaviyo or Customer.io.
• Ability to work within an established brand system and deliver fast, reliable, high-volume output.
• Experience with social-first video editing in Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or an equivalent tool.
• Experience with motion graphics or AI-assisted animation.

Nice to have

• Video editing experience; landing pages, ads, and email production are the core requirements.
