What you will do

  • Provide global direction for the IT Service Delivery team to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Transition regional IT experiences into a unified, high-performing global service model.
  • Propose and execute transformation plans to align team structures with long-term business strategy.
  • Manage end-user compute services across global locations, focusing on connectivity and support.
  • Oversee multi-year device lifecycle budgeting and manage strategic third-party hardware partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work from Perth, Australia.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large, remote, and culturally diverse IT teams in a global capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through rapid organizational change with high resilience.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS technology and modern IT infrastructure.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent operational management background.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and implementing data-driven dashboards.
