TL;DR
AI Software Engineer (AI/ML, MLOps): Designing, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI-powered systems with an accent on production model integration, APIs, containerization, and cloud and edge infrastructure. Focus on building real-time and batch AI pipelines, implementing CI/CD and monitoring, and meeting performance, latency, and availability requirements.
Location: Singapore office; up to one work-related trip per year

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and scalable AI systems.
- Integrate and optimize AI/ML models in production using Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, gRPC, and edge computing.
- Build secure, performant, and well-documented APIs, microservices, and AI plugins.
- Develop high-performance AI pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
- Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and error handling.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, DevOps teams, and cloud engineers to productionize research models.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML software development and a proven record of deploying AI solutions to production.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Experience with edge and cloud AI deployment, including TensorRT, ONNX, TFLite, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related discipline; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing with Spark or Dask.
