What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner, maintaining and enhancing client engagement.
  • Lead Joint Business Plan processes to align customer objectives with strategic service delivery.
  • Leverage analytical tools to provide strategic market, industry, and category trend insights.
  • Drive customer retention and improve satisfaction metrics such as NPS.
  • Identify new business opportunities through day-to-day engagement and coordinate with account development teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring service and reporting needs are met by internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or retail roles.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, specifically within the Tech, Durables, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions addressing specific client business issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
