TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing end-to-end customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, and growth of the observability platform with an accent on strategic advisory and stakeholder engagement. Focus on managing account health, demonstrating product value, and driving renewal outcomes within a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts
  • Lead adoption, ongoing value delivery, and business reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Proactively manage account health, risk, and renewal readiness
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and support expansion opportunities
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Advocate for customer needs internally across product, support, and services teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or observability concepts
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing renewals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Must be located in or willing to work from the Amsterdam office
