What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts
- Lead adoption, ongoing value delivery, and business reviews with executive stakeholders
- Proactively manage account health, risk, and renewal readiness
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and support expansion opportunities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues
- Advocate for customer needs internally across product, support, and services teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or observability concepts
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and experience managing renewals
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Must be located in or willing to work from the Amsterdam office
