Location: Must be resident in the Netherlands, with a hybrid working model based in Leiden.

What you will do

  • Lead and empower regional CSM managers and teams across global markets.
  • Design and scale customer lifecycle and digital engagement strategies.
  • Implement data-driven processes to monitor customer health and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to elevate the customer experience.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to ensure customer needs align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling global, distributed teams.
  • Proven track record of executing customer lifecycle and success strategies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort managing metrics and KPIs.
  • Must be currently resident in the Netherlands.
