What you will do
- Lead and empower regional CSM managers and teams across global markets.
- Design and scale customer lifecycle and digital engagement strategies.
- Implement data-driven processes to monitor customer health and drive expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to elevate the customer experience.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to ensure customer needs align with business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling global, distributed teams.
- Proven track record of executing customer lifecycle and success strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort managing metrics and KPIs.
- Must be currently resident in the Netherlands.
