What you will do

• Serve as the relationship owner for retailer clients in the Tech and Durables sector.
• Lead Joint Business Plan processes to align customer objectives with service delivery.
• Deliver strategic analysis and thought leadership on market, industry, and category trends using internal tools.
• Monitor customer health metrics such as NPS and ensure high retention levels.
• Identify business opportunities during daily engagements and collaborate with Account Development teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure data quality and reporting needs are met.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or retail roles.
• Proven ability to analyze data within Tech, Durables, or FMCG environments.
• Strong planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative working style.
• Ability to design solutions to solve complex business issues.
