What you will do
- Manage end-to-end research projects from initiation to final reporting.
- Develop questionnaires and coordinate project workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports for clients.
- Collaborate with the Analytics Team to conduct deep-dive analyses.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through effective delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in quantitative or qualitative research project management.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to grow professionally in the market research sector.
Nice to have
- FMCG and/or shopper research industry experience.
- Fluency in the Kazakh language.
