What you will do

• Develop and scale the classified business model platform via new features, finding points of growth, and prioritizing solutions.
• Identify pain points in the product flow and propose solutions or process improvements.
• Encourage data-driven decisions and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify growth points and business development directions.
• Present analytical findings to key stakeholders, clearly explaining insights, impact, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, with the ability to find a balance between resources spent and business impact.
• Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries.
• Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, and create analytical data marts.
• Experience in creating BI reports (Plotly, Redash, Tableau).
• Professional working proficiency in English
