What you will do

• Develop and scale the classified intercity business model platform via new features and finding points of growth.
• Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities and explain findings to business and product stakeholders.
• Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify growth points and business development directions.
• Participate in designing experiments and interpreting results.
• Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to implement analytical solutions for market growth.
• Present analytical findings to key stakeholders, clearly explaining insights, impact, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking, and the ability to balance resource investments with business impact.
• Solid mathematical background, especially in statistics, discrete optimisation, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant data analysis libraries.
• Advanced skills in SQL, including working with large datasets, writing and optimising complex queries, and creating analytical data marts.
• Experience with BI tools like Plotly, Redash, or Tableau.
