What you will do

• Design and own the end-to-end performance test strategy and roadmap.
• Build and maintain journey-based performance tests for critical user flows.
• Define performance benchmarks (SLAs/SLOs), perform baselines, and analyze results.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processes.
• Evolve monitoring and observability practices to support performance troubleshooting.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the team on performance engineering and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union and hold a valid work permit.
• At least 5 years of experience in software test automation.
• Multi-year hands-on experience in non-functional and performance testing.
• Proven track record in journey-based test design and performance benchmarking.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting performance issues.
• English: B2/C1 proficiency required.

• Experience in the parcelling domain.
