We’re looking for a senior Art Director who combines strong creative direction with the ability to guide, structure, and elevate a small creative team. This role is ideal for someone who naturally steps into a leadership position, takes responsibility for both delivery and people, and ensures high-quality output across projects.

🎨 The role You will drive creative direction across motion graphics and interactive design projects from concept to delivery, while also playing a key role in organizing, guiding, and supporting the day-to-day work of the team.

You’ll act as the central point of alignment for creative work, ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across deliverables. You’ll work closely with designers, animators, project managers, and medical writers, helping structure workflows and making sure projects move forward smoothly. This is a hands-on senior role that combines creative execution, direction, and team leadership responsibilities.

🎯 What we're looking for Required • 3+ years in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or a senior creative role within motion graphics and/or interactive design • Proven experience guiding or leading a team of designers or animators • Ability to balance hands-on creative work with team responsibility and coordination • Strong expertise in Adobe CC (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma • Deep understanding of motion design, animation principles, and production pipelines Browse our curated collection of remote jobs across all categories and industries, featuring positions from top companies worldwide. • Strong communication skills, both within a team and with stakeholders • Fluent English; comfortable working in remote, international environments
