What you will do

  • Lead creative execution for paid social and digital channels, producing high-performing static and motion assets.
  • Translate growth objectives and performance insights into compelling, insight-led creative concepts.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including brief interpretation, design iteration, and final output optimization.
  • Provide art direction for still and motion content, from initial storyboarding to post-production and shoot-day feedback.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Copywriting teams to refine creative based on performance data and testing roadmaps.
  • Maintain high design craft and platform-native standards across all visual outputs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio highlighting performance or paid social work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in art-directing photography and video content with a focus on composition and storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of UX principles and their impact on user behavior and conversion.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
